It's the start of a new year and even though it is only four weeks into the new year most people have already given up on their weight loss goals. One thing most people overlook is a detox to get them going. Besides getting rid of cravings a detox can get your taste buds and brain going in a more healthy direction.
A detox does not have to be giving up everything and only drinking teas and water, although those are very essential to keep hydrated and flush toxins, especially from your kidneys which help remove waste from your blood.
Other ways to detox are eating more fruits and vegetables, staying away from dairy products for a week to see how you feel. Many folks have lactose intolerance and allergies they aren't aware of until they eliminate dairy.
Breathing deeply and often will help with stress and can be very rejuvenating as it oxygenates the blood.
Exercising enough to sweat will clean your pores and help eliminate toxins besides all of the other health benefits.
